12.13 Someone has a case of the sillies! Grab a strap and come giggle along with me :) Begin on your back and build toward a playful standing balance. There will be hamstrings stretches, revolved shapes, core strengthening and several opportunities to giggle along the way.

1.31 Sending some loving attention to your shoulders, wrists and hands. Sweet stretches for the shovelers and playful balances await!
Bring blocks or a rolled blanket to set up for the chest expanding supported backbend at the start of class. |
